Meet the designers: Fashion Palette New York!

The concrete jungle where dreams are made is calling our name and we can’t wait to hop a plane to the big apple for Fashion Palette New York!

Once again invited to direct makeup looks for this prestigious showcase of Australia’s hottest collections for spring/summer 2018, the Alison Jade team is looking forward to working with creatives including Sabo Luxe, Bronx & Banco, Elliatt, Torannce, Haus of Song, Ashlee Lauren, MB the Label and Flare Street.

Ahead of the September 12 show, get to know the ready-to-wear designers involved.... And stay tuned for a run down on the glamorous beauty looks we devise for each brand!

Sabo Luxe

A label for it-girls inspired by the fashion and lifestyles of babes including Hailey Baldwin, Kendall Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski, Sabo Luxe have their fingers firmly on the pulse of what’s hot in fashion right now. The high end sister brand of Sabo Skirt, founded in 2010 by Brisbane besties Thessy Kouzoukas and Yiota Karalouka, Sabo Luxe is best known for their sexy slip dresses and separates, which have earnt the label a whopping 245k followers on Instagram!

Bronx & Banco

From their ultra feminine fabrics to their figure hugging or fit and flare silhouettes, everything Bronx & Bianco produce is ladylike with a capital L. Best known for their gorgeous gowns and elegant dresses perfect for weddings and other special occasions, Bronx & Banco was established in 2009 by Natalie DeBanco. Eight years since launching, the eponymous brand now boasts over 200 stockists worldwide in locations as far flung as New Zealand, the USA, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece, Russia and a flagship boutique in Paddington.

Elliatt

Walking the fine line between high end and high street, Elliatt was born from designer Katie Pratt’s desire to produce occasionwear at an affordable price point. An international success story with stockists in every corner of the globe, plus plans to open 15 standalone boutiques in China, Elliatt commands over 40,000 Instagram followers who love the label’s contemporary yet classic womenswear offerings.

Torannce

Bucking trends in favour of timeless style, Melbourne brand Torannce know their way around a well crafted frock and tailored separates. With each collection featuring an array of cuts to suit different figures, Torrance appeals to women with an eye for detail and a penchant for fine fabrications. Building on the success of their frill-filled La Dolce Vita collection for 2017, Torrance is sure to turn heads when they send models down the runway at Fashion Palette New York Fashion Week!
